The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.
WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

Siningning Aly Reynales is 23 and raised in Lopez, Quezon Province currently a full-time visual Artist. She is an Advocate, cultural worker, Community artist leader, and Art teacher. An artist who pursues both abstraction and realism art genres. Her abstracts have bright, warm, and sensual colors with the arcane dance of forms. Siningning realism paintings are influenced by the baroque style with a dark background and a strong character in a focal point. Her work has in-depth stories within her heart and through her exploration, she has garnered acclaim for her ability to fascinate audiences into the heart of her visual narratives. Earned a Bachelor of Culture in Arts Education degree at SLSU and received SLSU culture and art awards. Since a child, she won numerous art competitions at both Local, Regional, National, and international levels. She received some notable awards in the field of Visual art, including Pinakamahusay sa Likhang Sining LNCHS batch 2019, and a top 8 finalist in the international painting contest 2021 in Artsurge and Artdialogo Asia. A semi-finalist in the MMDA national art competition and received her recognition in the MMDA national art award during MMFF 2022. Leonardo Da Vinci International Prize 2024 Awardee held in Milan, Italy. She is an avid exhibitor who actively participates in both local and international exhibits. Siningning is a selected artist and exhibits her works at the International Art Caravan and Transmission 1&2 exhibit representing the Philippines. She is a community leader in the arts, with experience leading art organizations and managing exhibits to showcase local talent. Her passion for art and teaching motivated her to pursue the study of art and finish her degree in Art Education at State University. A 2023 resident artist scholar in Linangan Art residency, this residency is an alternative art school in Southeast Asia. Aspire to inspire, lead, and share her talent and strive to be a fine artist who not only creates masterpieces but also produces artists and art platforms in the Art scene. Ms. Reynales strongly believes that art is a source of hope and that everyone is capable of creating art. Art plays a vital role in shaping and developing culture, so supporting local art and talent is an opportunity to connect people, stories, and beliefs. Her mantra is, “The realm of art is broad and it cannot be confined to a single box.” She is grateful to everyone who supports and encourages her to showcase her God-given talents.
