The iGovPhil Project officially adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.
WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. All iGovPhil Project services and content are currently moving towards WCAG Level A compliance. Work is being done to make the system fully compliant with this level.

The UP College of Architecture (CA) from the University of the Philippines, Diliman uder the Science and Technology cluster is a leading and globally competitive academic institution of the designe and built environment that applies sustainable and smart design, construction, and operation principles. The Research and Extension Office of the UP College of Architecture facilitates research, creative works, and extension projects related to architecture and other disciplines. In terms of publication, the Muhon Journal is a a peer-reviewed publication, which serves as a forum for discussion of ideas on the designed environment. This online publication seeks original work and welcomes contributions related to a variety of issue areas related to Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and the allied arts. MUHON will consider the publication of research, technical, and philosophical papers. Meanwhile, the Sanyata Journal is a journal of creative works of the Philippine built environment from the UP College of Architecture.
